**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily activities of multiple production teams, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
+ Implement and follow Operations Excellence (OE) practices in the manufacturing area, utilizing techniques like Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma.
+ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to optimize production/assembly lines.
+ Ensure production meets industry standards (ISO, IATF 16949, etc.) and conduct audits and root cause analysis for quality defects.
+ Coordinate with planners to ensure material availability for fuel system/emission system assembly lines and maintain optimal inventory levels.
+ Oversee workforce scheduling for all shifts, performance monitoring, and skill development.
+ Conduct training programs for safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
+ Implement Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, AI, and robotics to upgrade production lines.
+ Prepare and manage budgets to control manufacturing costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
+ Enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA, EHS standards) and conduct risk assessments.
+ Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Product Engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
+ Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to meet customer demands and deliverables according to timelines.
+ Implement waste reduction and energy efficiency programs to support green manufacturing practices.

**Qualifications:**
+ College, university, or equivalent degree required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
