**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Model Development:** Develop and maintain high-fidelity **engine and vehicle system models** using MATLAB Simulink to simulate and analyze the performance and behavior of various subsystems.
+ **Simulation&Analysis:** Conduct simulations to evaluate **engine and vehicle system performance** , identify potential issues, and propose improvements.
+ **Integration&Testing:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation models with hardware and software components, and support **system testing and validation** activities.
+ **Data Analysis:** Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and generate **comprehensive reports** to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest advancements in **engine and vehicle systems and simulation technologies** and continuously enhance simulation models and methodologies.
+ **Documentation:** Develop and maintain **detailed documentation** for simulation models, processes, and procedures.
+ **Product Investigation:** Investigate product problems, understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate actions, and own **problem resolution** .
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Obtain input from stakeholders such as **technical managers, project leaders, and supplier partners** to deliver quality product decisions.
+ **Product Development:** Execute technical processes such as **ESW, iDFMEA, FIRG** , and use tools like **7-step problem solving, design review checklists** to support decision-making.
+ **Problem Resolution:** Own problem resolution for **moderately complex components, products, systems, or services** , increasing in complexity as experience is gained.
+ **Team Contribution:** Contribute effectively toward team goals and **exhibit influence** within a workgroup.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering** , or a related field.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with **export controls or sanctions regulations** .

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills&Experience:**
+ **MATLAB Simulink:** Advanced proficiency in developing and analyzing **engine and vehicle system models** .
+ **Engine&Vehicle Systems:** In-depth knowledge of **engine dynamics, powertrain, electrical systems, aftertreatment, and other automotive subsystems** .
+ **Simulation Tools:** Familiarity with tools like **GT, AVL Boost, Stateflow** , or equivalent.
+ **Data Analysis:** Strong **analytical skills** and experience with **data analysis tools and techniques** .
+ **Problem-Solving:** Strong **critical and creative problem-solving abilities** .
+ **Communication:** Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** to convey technical concepts.
+ **Collaboration:** Ability to work in a **team environment** and manage **cross-functional projects** .
+ **Industry Standards:** Knowledge of **automotive industry standards and regulations** .
+ **Model-Based Design:** Experience with **model-based control system development** .
+ **HIL&SIL Testing:** Experience with **hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing** .
+ **Work Experience:** Minimum of **2 years of experience** in **engine and vehicle system simulation and modeling** , with a strong emphasis on **MATLAB Simulink** .
