Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise technicians in Laboratory, Drafting/Product Configuration, Functional Excellence, or Engineering IT environments.
+ Understand internal customer requirements and allocate resources to meet those needs.
+ Demonstrate a track record of technical problem-solving and quality decision-making.
+ Manage teams and CAD tools effectively.
+ Ensure working-level knowledge of Windchill PLM processes.
+ Apply Cummins Aftertreatment knowledge (preferred).
+ Utilize MS Office tools proficiently.

+ Demonstrated aptitude is required.
+ College, university, or equivalent Associate's degree or certification in an appropriate STEM field is preferred.
+ Equivalent Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline area may be required for select roles.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Experience:**
+ Strong understanding of CAD tools, processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
+ Ability to resolve technical queries effectively and independently.
+ Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
+ Relevant experience working in a laboratory/test cell environment as a non-exempt employee, temporary student employee (intern, co-op), or an early career professional in a relevant operations or technical disciplinearea.
+ Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
