Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service / Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage multiple incoming phone lines, addressing inquiries and routing calls effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Perform front desk duties, such as managing schedules, organizing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Provide administrative support to the office team (accounts payable, management, Franchise Owners, etc).
• Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and management to support smooth daily operations.
• Support (Spanish and English) communication for both clients and internal team members.
• Keep the Break Room organized and stocked.
Manage inbound/outbound mail.
• Manage office supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk role, including managing multiple phone lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with strong technical skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proactive and self-directed.
High common sense, Able to resolve office situations and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our Kent, Washington office.

OFFICE HOURS 8:00 to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
