**Internship Mission Statement:**
Deliver an exceptional internship experience with access to technical skills development, coaching, networking, professional development advice, and insight into the Pearson culture and business.
**Internship Ways of working:**
+ **Eligibility:** Candidate who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT.
Candidate who have completed their studies and are termed as freshers are not eligible for internship role
+ **Internship Duration:** June to August 2025 (3 months)
+ **Mode of Work:** Interns and their managers areto work on-site (office) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (minimum three days per week) during the program.
No leaves are assigned for the duration.
**Internship Program overview**
+ **Internship Project(s):** You will be given a project to work on for the entire summer and do a final presentation during the last week of the internship.
Your manager and mentor will help you every step of the way to ensure you learn and develop new skills.
+ **Learning Enhancing Sessions:** There will be various, mandatory, learning sessions every week to learn about Pearson, the Technology organization, and various other skills.
+ **In-Person Activities:** Throughout the internship, you will have the option to partake in office networking events and other Pearson India events.
+ **Final Project Presentation:** You will present a Final Project report-out to leaders in the final week.**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the configuration and customization of Oracle ERP modules.
+ Support the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP systems.
+ Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business operations.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP applications.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
+ Participate in system testing and validation processes.
+ Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
+ Provide end-user training and support as needed.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ Candidate who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT.
Candidate who have completed their studies and are termed as freshers are not eligible for internship role
+ Knowledge of PLSQL and SQL and understanding ofRDBMS concepts, preferably working knowledge on Oracle Database
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
+ Ability to work independently, showcasing a self-motivated and proactive approach
+ Familiarity to business processes across finance or supply chain.
**Duration:** 3 Months (June until August)
**Work Setup:** Hybrid - Office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
**Salary:** INR 30,000 per month
