The role will involve the delivery of a wide range of technical solutions across the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, sometimes working on multiple projects in parallel.
The Fusion HCM Specialist will create system solutions capable of meeting the business requirements in a cost effective, robust, and scalable way.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical components in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
+ Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping
+ Understand company needs to define system specifications, design and develop technology solutions
+ Collaborate with global technology and business teams to engineer modern end-to-end solutions
+ Support existing technical solutions and resolve any issues/enhancements that may occur.
+ Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods
Mandatory skills and experience
+ 10+ years of experience working in Oracle/Oracle **Fusion HCM** with at least 6+ years' experience working on Fusion HCM
+ Business process knowledge or Technical experience within the one or more key areas in HCM : **Core HR, Absence,** **Compensation** **, Recruiting, Security.**
+ Extensive Knowledge of underlying database structure of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
+ Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle **components using PL/SQL and SQL as well as fast formulas**
+ Extensively worked on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Security
+ 4+ years of Fusion HCM/ORC Rest API experience required
+ Excellent Communication skills with good attention to detail
+ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions.
+ Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
+ Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure
+ Flexibility supporting new technologies and showing willingness to learn
+ Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms, and driving efficiency.
+ Demonstrate ability to effectively assess and resolve issues and problems with a high level of internal drive and professional accountability.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
