Key Responsibilities:
+ Forecast training demand and develop plans to address business needs.
+ Train and provide technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
+ Develop expertise through train-the-trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
+ Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and field performance.
+ Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain technical training records and report service capability.
+ Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

**Qualifications:**
+ Engineering degree in Electrical&Electronics preferred.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills and Knowledge:**
+ Familiarity with various types of controllers used in Cummins engines.
+ Proficiency with software tools like INSITE, INPOWER, SiDia.
+ Capability to handle Mechanical&FAE (Quantum) Engines.
+ Good knowledge of various fuel systems like PT Fuel, HPI, HPCR, MCRS, and ATS and their functions.
+ Ability to understand engine wiring diagrams and CAN communications.
+ Knowledge of various applications is an advantage.
+ Good Communication&presentation skills.
+ Should have visibility/thought to bring AI technologies under Training.
**Experience:**
+ Over 10 years of field experience in electrical, electronics, and controls, including electrical panels.
+ He should have experience on diesel engine along with After treatment system.
