As a **Senior Business Intelligence Analyst** , you will be responsible for preparing advanced and interpretive business analyses and reports, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to solve complex business challenges.

You will collaborate across functions to develop models, dashboards, and forecasts, empowering the organization with clear, actionable intelligence.


**Key Responsibilities**


+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights through recurring and ad-hoc reporting.

+ Apply advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and drive data-backed decisions.

+ Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using globally standardized and/or custom dashboards and reporting formats.

+ Perform quality assurance checks and test conclusions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

+ Interpret analytical results, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvement.

+ Plan and manage the full lifecycle of assigned BI projects including design, budget, stakeholder communication, and integration.

+ Guide and mentor analysts on best practices in BI tools, data visualization, and storytelling.

+ Continually enhance the usability and accessibility of reports to support efficient decision-making.

+ Develop roadmaps for the adoption and maintenance of new business intelligence tools and methodologies.

+ Champion the Cummins leadership culture by demonstrating leadership behaviors and fostering collaboration.

**QUALIFICATIONS**


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.

+ Equivalent experience and demonstrated competence in business intelligence roles will also be considered.

+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
