Overview: Hire a person with a strong interest in chemical engineering & chemistry to support our clients with reactor installation & commissioning, process development and DOE with Corning AFR reactor suite.
BTech /MTech (preferably) in chemical engineering or Master’s degree or a PhD in organic chemistry, supplemented by experience as a Research Engineer or Application Engineer from reputed institute
3-5 years of hands-on experience in flow chemistry R&D and Plant
Manage start-up of flow equipment for our customers.
(commissioning, training, test monitoring, data analysis, equipment process, optimization proposal) at lab and pilot scale projects
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flow chemistry equipment, flow reactors, and associated system
Support design of reaction, optimize continuous flow chemistry processes for various applications for pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, specialty materials and agrochemicals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards in all aspects of flow chemistry experimentation and production.
Location: Pune or Mumbai (ready to relocate to Pune in future).
Travel of up to 80%
Strong technical knowledge of design of reaction
Technical understanding of scale up principle, lab-scale to commercial production.
Have a good knowledge of experimental investigations to characterize reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transfer phenomena in flow reactors
Relationship skills (communication, listening, self-motivated)
Ability to work in international context
Autonomy and proactivity in changing environments
Analytical skills when dealing with customer issues
Adaptation, integration and teamwork skills
