Overview:

Cloudy Cleaning is looking for hardworking and reliable home cleaners to join our team!

We are a local cleaning company serving clients in the Portland metro area.

This is an independent contractor role, meaning you can set your own schedule and choose your preferred service areas.

Our support team will handle all the appointment bookings for you.

We believe in fair pay for quality work and offer competitive hourly rates.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Residential Cleaners – Minimum 2 years of professional house cleaning experience required
Reliable & Punctual – Show up on time, every time
Detail-Oriented & Efficient – Deliver high-quality cleaning services
Good Communication Skills – Friendly and professional with clients
Organized & Self-Sufficient – Manage your supplies and schedule efficiently
Honest & Trustworthy – Integrity and professionalism are a must

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional home cleaning (required)
Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license & personal vehicle
Smartphone Required: For scheduling & communication
Background Check: Must be willing to consent before starting

Must be able to work in the Portland metro area

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $21 - $24 per hour + tips & bonuses
Hours: Choose your own schedule (10-40 hours per week)
Location: Work in the Portland metro area, including West Linn, Oregon City, Gladstone, and surrounding areas
